How 200KF Works

200KF gives you a way to generate leads & clients systematically.

You'll learn how to make "marketing hypotheses" that you hone & validate with real-world market feedback. Then once that's dialed, you'll learn how to scale it to $200,000/yr+.

🧠 Step 1:

Hypothesize.

Use the training, tools, & AI assistants in the course to generate ideas of niches to serve & problems to solve for them. (Even if you've struggled with this in the past)

Phase Goal: Get out of "planning mode" as quickly as possible.

💬 Step 2:

Validate.

Swipe 200KF's massive library of checklists, templates, & companion software to shortcut your campaign iteration speed, and start getting real-market feedback on your ideas.

Phase Goal: Find out what problems people care about you solving.

📈 Step 3:

Scale.

Once your funnel is producing its first clients, it's time to 10x, 20x, 100x its results. 200KF contains a huge amount of training, tooling, and bonuses to guide you through it.

Phase Goal: Scale your client generation to your long-term target level ($200k/yr+)

README — Who It's For

200KF is NOT For Everyone.

The 200KF process is proven. But will it work for you?

For the right kind of person, I'm confident 200KF can be a game-changer.

At this very moment, it's producing steady leads and clients for other freelancers & agencies, and the process has already generated over $1MM in client work.

Breakout success students in the program are generating 5-10 clients a month right now.

I'm honored & humbled that it's transformed the lives of other freelancers, and I'm excited that it might do the same for you too.

BUT!!!!!!

I've noticed 200KF primarily works really well for only a specific type of freelancer or agency owner.

For every breakout success, there are many students who fizzle out before they get the big results.

So let's not waste our time here.

Before you spend a bunch of time reviewing this page, let's determine if you're a good fit for the program, so that you can stop reading this page if it's a bad fit and go do something more fun instead.

✨🤖 Want ChatGPT / Claude To Help You Decide? Click Here For Prompt.

You can copy and paste the prompt below into ChatGPT, Claude, etc. to help you evaluate if you're a good fit for 200KF.

I'm considering joining a 6-month program called **200k Freelancer (200KF)** by Zach Swinehart, and I want you to help me determine whether it actually seems like a good fit for me. Zach developed this prompt because he would rather have people join who are aligned with the process than persuade everyone to buy. Please act as a candid evaluator, not a salesperson. It is completely acceptable to conclude that I probably should not join. The product overview page is: https://doubleyourfreelancing.com/200kfreelancer/ If you can browse the web, you may review that page for more information about the product, curriculum, support, pricing, and guarantees. ## What 200KF Is Designed to Help Someone Build 200KF is an implementation-focused program for experienced service providers who want to build a systematic, repeatable way to generate clients. The process is broadly: 1. **Hypothesize:** Develop ideas about reachable audiences, valuable problems, and services that could solve them. 2. **Validate:** Turn those ideas into real campaigns and use market feedback to learn what resonates. 3. **Scale:** Improve the market, offer, list, message, nurture, and sales process until the system can support the person's desired level of ongoing client acquisition. This is not passive lead generation or a one-shot campaign. It involves repeated experiments, sufficient outreach volume, conversations with prospective clients, interpreting results, and adjusting based on evidence. The course provides training, tools, software, checkpoints, coaching, and feedback to support that process. ## The Most Important Interpretation Rule Give more weight to the business I **actually want to build** than to whether my history already resembles it. For example, someone who has historically worked as one developer inside large teams may still be an excellent strategic fit if they really want to move toward owning a valuable problem for smaller clients. Their history may make the process harder and less intuitive at first, but that affects their **starting leverage**, not necessarily their **strategic fit**. At the same time, do not accept aspirational answers uncritically. Compare what I say I want with my constraints, motivation, and willingness to behave accordingly. My history matters most in two ways: - Whether I can already deliver good professional work. This is a real prerequisite. - How steep or intuitive my implementation ramp is likely to be. ## Strong Strategic-Fit Signals 200KF is more likely to fit someone who: - **Is strong at their craft:** They can already deliver good professional work. Employment experience counts; an established freelance portfolio is not required. - **Wants ongoing client acquisition:** They want a business built to add leads and clients month after month, whether that work is sold through retainers or one-off projects. Their business should have room to keep adding leads and clients over time rather than forcing them to shut acquisition down for six-month stretches after landing one or two massive engagements. - **Wants leverage and repeatability:** They are open to doing more similar-looking work for similar-looking clients rather than keeping every project completely bespoke. - **Wants to own an outcome:** They want responsibility for diagnosing and solving a valuable client problem rather than only supplying technical or creative capacity inside somebody else's larger project. - **Wants to serve owner-led businesses:** They want to sell more directly to owners or accessible decision-makers, especially at smaller, owner-led businesses. - **Is willing to test:** They will reconsider the audience, problem, service, offer, or message when the evidence suggests a change. - **Is ready to iterate:** They can consistently make time for campaigns, market feedback, and course correction rather than expecting the first attempt to work. - **Wants to build the business:** They are interested in making business development an ongoing priority instead of doing the minimum required to land the next client and then disappearing back into fulfillment. ## Strong Misalignment Signals 200KF is less likely to fit someone who: - Is still learning the underlying craft and cannot yet reliably deliver the service. - Wants only one or two large engagements, then intends to turn marketing off until the work disappears. - Needs every client project to remain fundamentally different in order to enjoy the work. - Prefers being one specialist inside a larger machine while somebody else defines and owns the outcome. - Is committed to enterprise work that depends on recruiters, procurement departments, or long buying committees. - Is rigidly committed to one tiny or difficult-to-reach market and unwilling to test adjacent possibilities. - Wants one campaign or one attempt to work and does not want ongoing business-development experiments. - Fundamentally prefers heads-down fulfillment and does not actually want to develop the commercial side of the business. ## Important Nuances - **No existing niche is required.** The course helps people generate and test possible markets, problems, and services. - **No packaged or "productized" service is required.** A willingness to move toward more repeatable work matters more than already having it figured out. (Most freelancers & agencies ***won't*** have that already figured out prior to joining) - **No marketing background is required.** Marketing, copywriting, campaign strategy, customer research, and sales experience may make the process click faster, but their absence does not automatically mean poor fit. - **Profession alone does not determine fit.** Developers, designers, writers, marketers, consultants, and other service providers can fit. Their desired business model and willingness to own an outcome matter more than the craft label. Everyone has their own unique advantages, e.g. even though devs are weaker on the marketing and copy side, they often excel at list-building and automation thanks to their pre-existing skills. - **Retainers are not required.** One-off-project businesses can fit well if they are designed to keep generating and serving new clients over time. - **Past enterprise experience is not automatically disqualifying.** The important question is whether I want to remain in that sales environment or move toward directly serving smaller organizations. The 200KF process *can* work when targeting larger enterprises, and many people use it for that. However, Zach's direct experience as a coach is focused on the direct-to-owner approach. - **A harder starting point is not the same as a weaker strategic fit.** ## Zach's Coaching-Experience Boundary The underlying outreach mechanics can work across client businesses of different sizes. However, Zach's personal experience is overwhelmingly in selling focused services to owner-led businesses under eight figures. That is where his pattern recognition and experiential coaching value are strongest. If my goal depends primarily on enterprise procurement, recruiters, or long, multi-stakeholder sales processes, the core 200KF mechanics likely still apply, but Zach may not be the ideal coach for that sales environment. ## Starting Leverage: How Hard Might Implementation Feel? These factors may make the process click faster: - Prior work involving funnels, ads, conversion-focused websites, CRM systems, customer research, copywriting, or campaign strategy. - Comfort talking with prospects, spotting valuable business problems, and connecting work to outcomes. - Existing familiarity with a market, customer, problem, or service worth testing. - A habit of running experiments consistently and quickly turning feedback into the next test. These factors may create a steeper early ramp: - A background that has been mostly technical, creative, or fulfillment-focused rather than commercial. - Limited experience with copywriting, campaign strategy, sales conversations, or interpreting market feedback. - Needing to develop the judgment required to recognize valuable opportunities and explain their business value. The process commonly stalls when someone becomes attached to their first idea, sends too little outreach to learn anything, avoids prospective-client conversations, does not use feedback or coaching, or treats an initially disappointing campaign as a final verdict. ## How to Evaluate Me Start by reviewing everything you already know about me from our previous conversations or saved context. Then: 1. Briefly list the relevant facts you believe you already know about my experience, current business, preferred work, target clients, goals, constraints, and motivation. 2. Clearly label anything that is an inference rather than something I explicitly told you. 3. Ask me one concise batch containing only the questions that would materially change your assessment (if needed). Do not ask me to repeat information you already have. Aim for four to six questions; use up to eight only when the extra questions are genuinely decision-relevant. 4. Do not give a final verdict until I answer those questions, unless you already have enough information to assess **every dimension without filling gaps with optimistic assumptions**. Strong strategic alignment is not, by itself, enough to infer implementation readiness. If my recurring time, financial pressure/runway, or willingness to do the uncomfortable implementation work is still materially unclear, ask about it before scoring me. Do not infer implementation readiness from motivation, experience, or an attractive business model. 5. After I answer, evaluate me separately across: - **Craft readiness:** Can I already deliver strong professional work? Score only the underlying delivery ability here. - **Strategic process fit:** Do I really want ongoing acquisition, similar-looking work, outcome ownership, and evidence-driven iteration? Score the desired business model here. - **Coaching-environment fit:** Do the buyer size, decision-maker access, and sales motion I intend to use align with Zach's experience selling directly to owner-led businesses? Do not score my marketing skill or willingness to test here. - **Starting leverage:** How intuitive or steep is my likely early commercial ramp, based on marketing, copy, sales, opportunity recognition, and related experience? A lower score here does not mean weaker strategic fit. - **Implementation readiness:** Do I have the recurring time, runway, motivation, flexibility, and willingness to generate evidence and iterate? 6. Give each dimension a skimmable emoji and number score using this exact scale: - **😍 5/5 - Strong alignment** - **🙂 4/5 - Mostly aligned; a minor caveat or manageable gap** - **😐 3/5 - Mixed, meaningfully uncertain, or needs clarification** - **🙁 2/5 - Material tension** - **😡 1/5 - Direct conflict or a missing prerequisite** Treat these as visual summaries, not weighted math. Do not average them into a total score. In particular, do not let a lower starting-leverage score cancel out strong strategic fit. 7. Give me one overall verdict: - **Strong fit—joining makes sense** - **Plausible fit, with important caveats** - **Probably not the right machinery** Apply these two calibration rules: - **Craft-readiness floor:** If I cannot yet reliably diagnose and deliver the underlying professional outcome, and you therefore score craft readiness at 1/5 or 2/5, the overall verdict should be **Probably not the right machinery** (or “probably not yet”), even if my desired business model is strategically aligned. Missing case studies alone do not trigger this rule; missing professional delivery ability does. - **No niche-or-offer gate:** Do not delay or downgrade the verdict merely because I have not selected the exact niche, packaged offer, outreach channel, or first campaign hypothesis. If I have the professional craft and am genuinely willing to generate and test those hypotheses, that uncertainty belongs inside the process rather than outside it. 8. Explain the three to five facts that most influenced your verdict. 9. Tell me what is a true fit concern versus something that merely means the course may be harder for me. 10. If your verdict remains uncertain, give me the smallest set of questions I should ask Zach before buying. Please be direct. Do not flatter me, invent certainty, or assume that because I'm asking about the course I should join. The goal is an honest decision I can feel good about—not a sales pitch. ## If Zach's Input Would Help Zach has invited me to email him at hello@doubleyourfreelancing.com if his input would help me decide. ### Required Final Handoff After every final verdict, end with one short paragraph reminding me (the "User") that Zach has invited prospective students to email him for his own take on their fit if they feel on the fence about joining, and ask whether I want help drafting that email using the short structure below. Do not include this handoff while you are still asking the initial fit-assessment questions. First gather the missing information and reach your own verdict. The final paragraph must contain both of these elements: 1. **Zach's invitation:** Zach has invited prospective students to email him for his own take. 2. **Your drafting offer:** In your own voice, say something natural such as, “I can help you draft that email.” Keep the roles explicit without using meta-language such as “you, the AI assistant.” Do not say or imply that Zach will help draft the email, draft an offer, or do any other preparation. Zach supplies the optional second opinion; you (the AI agent) supply the drafting help. Tailor the handoff to the verdict: - **Strong fit:** Do not imply that I need Zach's permission to join. Say that if I would still feel I need his take on one aspect of my fit in order to be confident, **Zach has invited prospective students to email him**, and you can help me draft the short message. Zach also offers a 30-day unconditional guarantee, and is perfectly fine with someone joining and giving it a try if they're on the fence. A lot of lingering hesitation can't be solved from the outside and requires sampling the course in order to raise confidence. This is perfectly fine and there are no hard feelings if the User joins and ends up cashing in the guarantee. (You can let them know this, and refer them to https://doubleyourfreelancing.com/200kfreelancer#guarantee if they want more canonical info on guarantee terms/details.) - **Plausible fit, with important caveats:** Name the main caveat or unresolved question, say that **Zach has invited prospective students to email him for his take**, and offer to draft the targeted message. - **Probably not the right machinery:** Keep your verdict clear, then say that if I want Zach's own take before ruling it out, **Zach has invited prospective students to email him**, and you can help me draft a concise message that gives him only the context he needs. Keep this final handoff to one or two sentences. Do not paste an email draft unless I ask for one. This invitation can appear even when your own assessment is clear. Present it as an optional second opinion from Zach, not as evidence that your verdict was insincere or unsupported. First try to resolve any uncertainty by asking me a targeted follow-up question. Do not ask Zach to choose my niche or offer, plan my business, predict exactly how quickly I will succeed, or reassess my entire history from scratch. If Zach's input would help, ask whether I want you to draft the email. If I say yes, create a short, plain-text email in my voice using these rules: - **Aim for 150 words.** Give Zach the minimum context required to understand the decision. - **Open with my intended destination.** In one or two sentences, explain the kind of business I want to build and why I am considering 200KF. - **Include only decision-relevant facts.** Summarize no more than three facts about my experience, current situation, or constraints. - **Name the specific tension.** Explain in one sentence what makes my fit uncertain or what assumption I need Zach to confirm. - **Ask one to three narrow questions.** Each question should be independently answerable without Zach having to infer what I mean or think through my entire business. - **Make the questions concrete.** Prefer questions such as "Given X, does 200KF help with Y, or does it assume Z is already in place?" and "Is X a true fit concern, or does it mainly mean I should expect a steeper ramp?" - **State my current leaning.** If known, tell Zach what I am leaning toward and what answer would change my decision. - **Do not paste your full assessment.** Exclude long biographies, conversation transcripts, curriculum recaps, generic questions such as "Do you think this could work for me?", and requests for Zach to diagnose everything. - **Do not invent missing details.** Ask me first whenever a missing fact is required to draft a precise question. Use this structure: **Subject:** 200KF fit question: [specific issue] Hi Zach, [One or two sentences about the business I want to build and why I am considering 200KF.] The most relevant context: - [Decision-relevant fact] - [Decision-relevant fact] - [Optional third fact] The main thing I am trying to determine is [specific tension]. 1. [Specific, targeted question] 2. [Optional second question] 3. [Optional third question] [Optional: My current leaning is X, assuming Y.] Thanks, [My name] When you draft the email, return only the subject line and email body. If the questions are still vague or would require Zach to reconstruct my situation, ask me for the missing context instead of drafting it.

Good Fit / Bad Fit Assessment (👍/👎)

Check where you sit in the criteria below to see if 200KF's even worth considering.

👍 Who it's for...

If you can answer ✅ YES to the criteria below, 200KF was built for you.

  • Strong at your craft — You can already deliver good client work.
  • Ongoing client acquisition — You want a business built to add leads and clients month after month, pausing only temporarily when capacity requires it.
  • Leveraged, repeatable work — You’re open to focusing your delivery to get leverage. You want to escape the "fulfillment hamster wheel" vs. doing everything 100% bespoke.
  • Own the outcome — You want responsibility for solving a valuable problem vs. being a cog in a big machine.
  • Targeting owner-led businesses† — You want to work with smaller (<$10mm/yr), owner-led businesses, vs. large enterprises.
  • Willing to test — You’ll change the audience, problem, offer, or message based on evidence.
  • Ready to iterate — You can make consistent time for campaigns and feedback.
  • Want to build the business — You want to spend 10h/wk on the highest-leverage work to grow your business indefinitely, vs. doing as little as possible to get clients, then back to 100% client work.

❌ Who it's NOT for...

If these sound more like you, 200KF was NOT built for you, and I don't think it's a good fit.

  • Still learning your craft — You can’t yet reliably deliver the service.
  • Few-big-client model — You want 1–2 big engagements, then turn marketing off until the work dries up.
  • Bespoke every time — You're dead-set on every client project being wildly different in order for you to enjoy your work.
  • One cog in the machine — You want somebody else to define and own the outcome, and you're just a small hammer within a big team.
  • Enterprise sales funnel† — Your ideal work depends on recruiters, procurement, or buying committees.
  • Locked into one market — You won’t reconsider shifting or augmenting your focus from a tiny or difficult-to-reach audience.
  • One-shot effort — You don’t want ongoing business-development experiments.
  • Not interested in business — Your ideal world is that you'd only do marketing when client work dries up, then return to 100% fulfillment. You don't really want to grow the business; you'd rather just be performing your craft.

† Where I can help most: The 200KF process works across different client business sizes, but my personal experience is overwhelmingly in selling services to owner-led businesses under 8 figures. That’s where my pattern recognition and coaching are strongest. If you’re pursuing enterprise work through procurement and long buying committees, the mechanics will still apply, but I may not be the best coach for that sales environment.

So... What's Your Verdict? 👍/👎

If you check the boxes above / your AI tells you it seems like a good fit, read on to learn exactly what 200KF helps with, how it's structured, and how to join.

What $200KF Fixes

If you do good work but can't reliably find clients when you need them, keep reading.

Not-So-Fun Fact:

Most freelancers are one dried-up referral source away from a scary financial situation.

(Even six-figure pros with years of experience!)

Here's how...

Most freelancers rely on word of mouth to get clients.

(Or worse, they depend on one or two "whale clients" for their income.)

This leaves you vulnerable, with no control over your future.

You rely entirely on luck to stay afloat.

And eventually, luck runs out.

Hey, Zach here. 👋

I can speak to the above reality because I've LIVED IT.

Twice, I've almost lost my entire business when referral streams I was relying on dried up nearly overnight.

If you’re like 90% of freelancers, you’ve felt it too.

It's that moment where you realize:

"I have no idea where my next client's coming from..."

And then the "oh sh*t moment" right after:

"...And there's nothing I can reliably do to get more clients."

Sure, we can ask past clients for work or referrals…

...But it's not like we can do that every week.

("No Zach, I still don't have new projects for you since the last time you asked 6 days ago...")

If nothing comes, we're left hoping something appears out of thin air.

Then the panic sets in.

As we come closer to the end of our currently-booked projects, or watch our savings dwindle, we start to feel desperate.

😨 "Am I charging too much?"

😬 "Should I just say 'yes' to that bad-feeling client?"

😭 "Do I really have to go back on Upwork? I thought I was past all that..."

Sometimes we get lucky — a referral comes just in time, and we scrape by for another month.

...But it leaves a scar.

It teaches us that everything we've built is fragile.

That we're 100% dependent on luck & random referrals.

(Or at the mercy of whale clients who could drop us any time without warning or loyalty.)

Fortunately, there IS a way out of this...

The Path Forward? Control

To escape the freelancer "luck trap," you need a predictable, scalable system to generate leads and clients.

One you own and control — that doesn't hinge on referrals, hope, or luck.

But here’s the thing...

Creating a reliable system isn't as simple as throwing together random tactics like blogging, social media, or content marketing.

Those methods can work, sure, but they’re slow, inconsistent, and not always measurable.

What if there was a way to reliably get as many clients as you want?

…A method that was built specifically for freelancers, without needing to build a huge audience, start a podcast, or live on social media...

…A method that’s proven and has already been used to drive over $1,000,000 in client work for other freelancers and agencies across all industries...

Oh wait, there is, thanks to your dear pal Zach…

Introducing...

How It Works

5 Phases$200k/yr Client Acquisition

Here's a high-level overview of the lead generation system embedded within the $200k Freelancer framework...

$200k Freelancer walks you through a proven system that's already been used to drive over $1,000,000 in client work for other freelancers and agencies.

Here's how the system works at a high level...

Phase 1:

Getting Started

What you'll do: Learn the entire system and practice in a low-stakes scale. Set up your value-forward cold email infrastructure and send your first small practice campaigns.

Why it matters: Turns "I should do marketing" into "I've already done it" — you'll see the whole system work end-to-end in a controlled way.

What you'll leave with: A live sending setup, your first campaigns sent, and proof that you can do this.

Phase 2:

Get Engaged Leads

What you'll do: Iterate your campaigns until you can reliably get interested people to reply.

Why it matters: You can't book calls or get clients if nobody responds. This is where you prove you can start valuable conversations at scale.

What you'll leave with: A proven Positive Reply Rate and the confidence that your campaigns work.

Phase 3:

Get Meetings

What you'll do: Turn positive replies into booked calls using lead magnets and reply frameworks.

Why it matters: Bridges the gap between "people are replying" and "people are on my calendar" so your replies reliably turn into real conversations.

What you'll leave with: A repeatable way to get discovery calls booked — even if you're not closing all of them yet.

Phase 4:

Get First Clients

What you'll do: Turn discovery calls into paying clients with a clear offer and simple sales structure.

Why it matters: This is where the machine stops being theoretical — you see money hit your account from campaigns you ran.

What you'll leave with: Your first clients from cold outreach and baseline numbers for your entire funnel.

Phase 5:

🚀 Optimize & Scale

What you'll do: Make your working-but-manual system time-efficient with optimization and automation.

Why it matters: Spending hours and hours each week on lead nurturing isn't sustainable. This is where you free up your time while maintaining results.

What you'll leave with: A controllable pipeline that supports ~$200k/yr in client work without eating your whole week.

Plus Two Iron-Clad Guarantees

Zach Shoulders The Risk With You <3

Learn more about our 2 guarantees below...

Guarantee #1

Unconditional 30-Day, 100% Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee

If you join $200KF, start working through it, and you don't like it or "aren't vibing with it," you have 30 days to get a full refund.

This means you can give 200KF a try risk-free and get all your investment back if it's not a fit.

Guarantee #2

Conditional 6-Month 200% ROI Guarantee

If you engage with the coursework and checkpoints, then launch and iterate 3 campaigns to lists of 500+ leads, but still don’t book at least $4,800 in new client work within 6 months of joining, you can choose between a full refund or continued coaching until you do.

Guarantee Details:

Here are the 2 conditions of the 6-month 200% ROI Guarantee:

Condition 1: Engage

Actually leverage the 200KF process. Complete the coursework, do the action steps, and implement the process.

Condition 2: Implement & Iterate

Launch & iterate 3 cold email campaigns to lists of 500+ leads (easy to do using the 200KF process). Debug & optimize after each, and request manual feedback from Zach if you're stuck.

These requirements give us enough real campaign data to diagnose and improve the system together. If you meet them and still don’t book at least $4,800 in new client work, here’s what happens:

"Cashing In" The Guarantee:

You can either:

1: Get a full refund.

2: Opt for continued access to the program, live calls, and support until you hit your ROI.

If you choose continued coaching, you’re expected to remain engaged by sending at least one campaign per month. It’s not a free ride for sitting on the sidelines — we’re here to help, but you need to take action.

I can’t control every variable in your market, offer, or execution. But I’m confident that if you commit to this process, you’ll see transformational results. If you don’t win, I don’t want to win either. That’s why I'm offering this guarantee.

Meet Your Instructor

(If for some reason you don't know me already...) 😅

About Zach

Your 200KF Instructor

Hey, I'm Zach Swinehart. 👋 Prior to running DYF, I freelanced full-time for 14 years.

Over that time, I worked with major names like Amy Porterfield and John Lee Dumas. Grew a small team and did $20k+ months.

BUT!— Despite that, I struggled with client acquisition the entire time.

Relying too heavily on referrals nearly cost me my business twice when $100k/yr referral streams dried up overnight.

In 2023, I decided to fix this after seeing that most other freelancers face the exact same thing.

I hired a cold outreach expert named Thomas whose process had generated over $1,000,000 in booked projects for his clients, to test it in my own business. It worked.

I spent 9 months merging Thomas's outreach expertise with my own experience in niching, sales, offers, CRO, marketing, and raising rates to over $300/hr to create the very first version of $200k Freelancer — a system that gives you a repeatable way to generate leads & clients at scale.

The 200KF system is proven and already producing leads & clients for students. And plus, with a 6-month 200% ROI guarantee, your financial investment is protected.

But don't take my word for it! Scroll down and see what students are saying.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still wondering about something? Find it here (I hope!)...

What does $200k Freelancer do for me / my business?

$200k Freelancer gives you a reliable, repeatable system to consistently generate leads, convert them into high-paying clients, and scale your freelance business to $200k/year or more.

You’ll learn how to control your client acquisition process instead of relying on luck or referrals.

The program transforms your business from a “rollercoaster of luck” to a scalable business with predictable growth, giving you freedom, stability, and the ability to focus on high-paying projects you enjoy — and turn away all the crappy clients you’d rather not work with.

How EASY / HARD will the process be for me personally to implement?

The 200KF process is proven, and I’m confident in it. But the amount of work it takes to get it working varies a lot from person to person. 200KF combines the outreach strategies Thomas developed through years of running cold-outreach campaigns, with my own experience in positioning, offers, sales, and service-business strategy.

Students across multiple cohorts have since used the resulting process to clarify their positioning, test markets and offers, generate leads, and close clients.

Breakout success students like Virginie & Neil are consistently closing 5-10 clients a month with the process.

But students don't all get the same results in the same time. And everyone's path to their version of success looks a little different.

Having run several cohorts now, I'm often surprised by who does well and who struggles. Sometimes someone who’s new to marketing crushes it while a seasoned marketer flounders.

Some dial in a strong campaign quickly. Others need more rounds of research, testing, and coaching. And some never build enough momentum for the process to become reliable.

So even though it's hard to say 100% how easy/hard of a time you'll have, here are a few trends I've noticed:

🏃‍♂️ 200KF tends to click faster when…

  • You already have some marketing-adjacent experience—from funnels, ads, conversion-focused websites, CRM systems, customer research, or campaign strategy.
  • You’re comfortable talking with prospects, spotting valuable business problems, and connecting your work to outcomes clients care about.
  • You already understand something about the market, customer, problem, or service you’ll begin testing.
  • You run campaigns consistently and turn what you learn into the next test quickly.

🚶‍♂️ It may take more iteration when…

  • Your background has mostly been technical, creative, or fulfillment-focused rather than commercial.
  • You’re beginning without a clear market, valuable problem, or repeatable service.
  • Copywriting, campaign strategy, sales conversations, and interpreting market feedback are mostly new skills.
  • You’re willing to test, get feedback, and change course—but you have more commercial judgment to develop along the way.

😴 It usually stalls when…

  • You become attached to your first market, problem, offer, or message even when the evidence says it needs to change.
  • You run too little outreach, run it inconsistently, or stop before you have enough data to learn from.
  • You avoid customer conversations, sales calls, checkpoints, or coaching feedback that would show you what to improve.
  • You treat an initially disappointing campaign as a final verdict instead of the beginning of the iteration process.
  • You come into it expecting it to work on the first try, and don't have the grit to persist through failures, hard work, and challenges.

Starting with less marketing or sales experience doesn’t make you a worse fit. It means you should plan for a steeper early ramp and more rounds of testing.

200KF gives you a structured process, feedback, and coaching to develop that judgment from real market evidence. It can’t generate that evidence for you or make your first idea the right one.

If you’re coming from a harder starting point, expect the process to feel harder than you’d like; and decide in advance that early setbacks are part of the process, and that you'll push through them without giving up 🙂

How quickly will I start seeing results?

Once your system is dialed in, it can produce results FAST.

Getting there takes multiple campaigns campaigns though: you'll test your market, offer, list, and message, then improve them from real results.

Some students book calls or clients early. Others need more iteration. Everyone's mileage varies depending on skill, execution, and time available.

But that said, here's my target for students that are consistently spending 10 hours per week:

Month 1-2: Setup Phase

  • You're learning the system and sending your first practice campaigns
  • No clients yet, but you're building the foundation

Month 3-4: First Campaigns

  • You launch your first "proper campaigns" and start getting engaged leads
  • You'll likely book your first discovery calls and potentially close your first clients

Month 5-6: System Working

  • Your system is dialed in and consistently generating leads
  • You can reliably generate 3-10 qualified leads per week and close ~33% of them into clients

Month 7-12: Scaling

  • Once your system is working, you focus on scaling it up to generate as many clients as you want

Keep in mind: freelancers who are experienced with cold outreach see engaged leads within hours and book meetings within days.

But it takes time to get there — you'll typically need to run a several campaigns with little-to-no results first to learn what works for your specific situation.

The key is that this is about building a sustainable system, not just a one-time campaign.

How much time will it take?

The 6-month program is built around a time commitment of about 5-10 hours per week on average.

  • Preferred: 10h/wk
  • Low end: 5h/wk
  • Bare minimum: 3h/wk

(This time is for learning AND implementation.)

If you can't swing the 10 hours per week, less is fine, just be aware that you extend your calendar time to get your system built. That's why 3h is the absolute bare minimum; it's already 3x'ing your calendar time.

The goal is to help you fit it into your current schedule, even if you’re busy with client work.

If you can dedicate consistent time over six months, I'm confident you'll be well on your way to a $200k/yr+ client-acquisition system.

Is having a 200k/yr lead gen machine worth spending a couple hours a day on?

Does this work for agencies?

Yes — and it's actually *easier* for agencies!

If you're running an agency, you already have a team handling fulfillment, which means you can focus entirely on building the marketing machine without worrying about delivering the work yourself.

The $200KF system works the same way for agencies as it does for solo freelancers, but agencies often see faster results because they can delegate campaign execution and scale more quickly once the system is dialed in.

Whether you're a one-person shop or a 10-person agency, the client acquisition process is the same — and you'll get the same level of support and guidance.

How much $ for marketing to get clients?

Long-term, your CAC (Client Acquisition Cost) should be <$100, but for when you're dialing in your funnel, what I usually recommend is this:
  • ~$150/mo marketing budget
  • Usually takes a few months to get your first client
  • But then from there you'll be able to get several per month
I've optimized the course process to minimize cost while learning, so those early months will usually be under $150/mo anyway, unless you use some expensive lead source for your first list or something.

So all that said, it's smart to go into it planning for a $150/mo marketing budget — and it'll end up being one of the highest-ROI marketing spends you can find as a freelancer.

What do I get when I enroll today?

When you enroll in $200k Freelancer, you’re getting $5,762 worth of live support and $4,279 in bonuses, all designed to help you build a client acquisition system that consistently brings in clients.

This includes:

  • Immediate access to the program — Instant lifetime access to a bulletproof step-by-step curriculum
  • 6 months Pro Tier access to ClientForge & LeadTables — Build lists 40x faster with tools I built specifically for 200KF
  • 5,000 Free LeadTables credits — Fast-track your first campaigns without worrying about lead costs
  • Live weekly calls with personalized feedback and campaign debugging to help you stay on track. ($2,398 value)
  • Manual reviews as needed of your strategies, emails, leads, and more, to help you squish self-doubt around your execution. ($1,188 value)
  • Ongoing email and Loom video support from Zach for any questions or issues. ($1,182 value)
  • A private community of freelancers to network and share resources. ($397 value)

Plus, $4,279 in bonuses, including...

  • The Tool Vault — Templates, SOPs, scorecards, AI assistants, scripts
  • Lead Sources Database — 44 vetted tools with my personal reviews
  • Cold email themeplates — Proven copy you can swipe and customize
  • Campaign forecasting tools — Know how many leads you need to hit revenue goals

Will this help me put prospecting on AUTOPILOT so I can pick and choose which clients I work with?

Once your system is dialed in, it can create a steady stream of opportunities and give you more choice over clients.

But it isn't 100% passive: you'll still monitor campaigns, refine what isn't working, and nurture and sell engaged leads.

Some students eventually automate much of the process or use sales-call-free funnels to further leverage their time.

In my experience, there's no such thing as a "passive, set it & forget it" client-generation system, and anyone who says otherwise be lyin' to ya.

Closest you can come is dialing your system, paving the trail, and automating + delegating the tasks within to AI or human team members.

Who is it for (and NOT for)?

$200k Freelancer is for freelancers who are ready to take control of their client acquisition and never worry about where the next project will come from – and are ready to invest a few hours a week to make it happen.

It’s built for freelancers who have skills in their craft, are not in “crisis mode” & needing clients right this second, and are highly motivated to build a long-term lead gen asset.

Click here for the full breakdown of who it’s for (and NOT for)

What if I've tried & failed at cold outreach before?

This is literally PERFECT for you. You'll have a huge head start with your existing knowledge, and the unique approach we teach here will enable you to succeed where you failed before.

Most freelancers who "fail" at cold outreach do so because of one or more of these reasons:

1. Not enough volume — They send 50 emails and give up when they don't get results

2. Wrong timeline expectations — They expect instant results and quit before the system has time to work

3. Bad copy — Their emails don't resonate because they haven't validated the problem they're solving

4. Deliverability issues — Their emails land in spam and they don't know it

5. Poor conversion — They get replies but don't know how to convert them into clients

200KF gives you systems, templates, and personalized feedback for diagnosing all five, so you can see what went wrong and improve the next campaign.

And if you meet the six-month guarantee conditions but still miss the $4,800 threshold, choose a refund or continued coaching.

Why should I focus on client acquisition right now vs. later?

If you wait until your client pipeline is dry to think about lead generation, you’ll be playing catch-up at the worst possible time.

When you’re already desperate for clients, it’s hard to think strategically and build something sustainable.

The best time to build your client acquisition system is when you’re in a comfortable position — when you have the time and mental space to create something that will serve you long-term.

This gives you time to build a more predictable pipeline before you urgently need one.

What’s included in the support? Will you be available to answer my specific questions?

You’ll receive direct, personalized support throughout the program.

This includes live support on the weekly calls, along with asynchronous feedback via email and Loom, where I can help you troubleshoot issues you’re facing as you iterate & optimize your campaigns.

Additionally, you’ll have access to ongoing Q&A and troubleshooting calls, ensuring you get the help you need at every step.

I've tried to build 200KF as a system you can lean on to iterate and solve your own problems vs. "relying on Guru Zach to tell me what to do," but when you get stuck, I'm here to help; just don't put the onus on me to figure out your whole business for you please 🙂

How is $200k Freelancer different from other lead generation programs?

$200k Freelancer isn’t just another course about getting leads; it’s a comprehensive business-building system specifically tailored for freelancers & agencies.

Most lead generation programs focus on quick, short-term wins, but this program is about building a sustainable client acquisition system you can scale over time.

The outreach strategies are designed to work at scale, meaning you first build a system to generate one client, knowing that later the same system can drive 10, 20, 100, etc. as you scale it.

It’s not a one-size-fits-all course; it’s a personalized, data-driven system you can rely on.

And instead of just “learning some tactic” that you execute without understanding why it works, you’ll get a fundamental understanding of the process so that you’re empowered to react & thrive amidst changing markets and results in the future.

Can I make this work if I’m already overwhelmed with client work?

Absolutely. By starting to build your lead gen system before you need it, you’re picking the perfect time to get going — nice job!

As long as you can create the space to work on building your lead gen machine (ideally 5h/wk), there’s no problem getting started when you’re full-up on client work.

But note that a big part of the process of dialing in your client-generating machine involves generating leads and closing clients, which you might not want to do if you’re at 100% capacity with no end in sight, or have one whale client taking up 40 hours a week.

If you’re currently working maximum hours and are underpaid for it, the ideal approach for growing your business is to gradually phase out the lower-paying work you’re currently doing, and replace it with higher-paying work that you like better, as your lead gen system produces it.

If you can't carve out the time for selling & fulfilling new projects by either reducing hours on current projects, or working nights/weekends temporarily, it’ll be hard for you to dial your system in, since the process is rooted in validation through real-world data.

Is there a guarantee? What if I don’t like the program?

Yes, there are 2 guarantees, actually.

  1. Our standard 30-day unconditional guarantee — You buy it, you don’t like it for whatever reason, you get your money back.
  2. Conditional 6-month, 200% ROI guarantee — If you implement the program, follow the steps, and don’t make at least twice your investment back, you can either get a refund or have me coach you until you do; your choice. Full details & terms can be found here.

What if I don’t have a big network or existing client base to start from?

You don’t need a big network or an existing client base to make this work. The $200k Freelancer system is built to generate leads from scratch, even if you’ve been relying solely on referrals until now and are a total nobody online. The outreach strategies you’ll learn are designed to help you create and then target your Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and build relationships with new leads, so you’ll be able to create a fresh pipeline of prospects, regardless of your current network size.

What’s also great is that you don’t have to be some sort of “extroverted guru-y influencer person” to make cold outreach work — vs. tactics like social media marketing that sort of require it. It’s “personality-agnostic” and can work for anyone.

I’m worried it won’t work for me — why should I trust this process?

This process works because it’s built around real, proven results.

We’re not just talking theory; this is based on lead generation campaigns that have generated over $1,000,000 in client revenue for freelancers and agencies.

Campaigns that are running RIGHT NOW and generating leads and clients.

Plus, you’re not just handed a strategy and left to figure it out — you get guided support, personalized feedback, and real-world examples to follow.

If it can work for others with varying skill sets and niches, it can work for you, too.

Can I really achieve $200k with this program if I’m in a non-marketer-y kind of skillset?

Absolutely. This program isn’t just for copywriters or marketers. It’s designed for anyone who can solve problems with their skills, whether they’re focused on high-value, ROI-driven results or solving more subjective, creative needs for businesses.

Whether you're a developer, designer, writer, or in a completely different technical field, $200k Freelancer helps you identify the business problems you can solve with your skills — from increasing revenue to improving operations, or even solving more creative and subjective challenges that still bring value to your clients.

How to know if your skills can solve valuable problems?

Ask yourself this:

“Do businesses hire staff (employees or contractors) to do things I can do with my skills?”

If the answer is “yes,” then businesses are already seeing your skills as potential solutions to their problems, and demonstrating that by hiring those people. So now it’s YOUR job to find out what those problems are, which this program guides you through.

$200k Freelancer will help you tease out — and validate — the problems you can solve, whether it’s directly tied to ROI or more subjective. It gives you the framework to charge more for solving problems, no matter where your skills fall on the spectrum of value, and will help you gradually “stair-step” up to higher-value problems that can pay you more per hour in the long-term if that’s something you want to do.

Will this work for developers?

Yes, this works exceptionally well for developers. Developers often face the problem of being commoditized, where clients see them as interchangeable with any other dev. $200k Freelancer helps you shift your positioning to focus on solving high-value problems like automation, software that drives revenue, or building tools that save businesses time and money. This way, you're not just "another developer" — you're someone who delivers strategic value, which means you can charge significantly more.

Will this work for writers, even if I’m not a copywriter?

Absolutely. This program is built to help writers in any niche, whether you’re a copywriter or not. The key is learning how to frame your writing as a solution to business challenges, whether they’re measurable outcomes like driving sales, or subjective improvements like increasing engagement, improving communication, or elevating brand voice.

Whether you're writing blog posts, email newsletters, or long-form content, $200k Freelancer will help you position yourself as integral to your clients’ success — not just another content producer. You’ll learn to identify the value your writing brings, whether it’s tied to hard ROI or more creative, subjective benefits, and get paid accordingly.

And if you’re currently in the “subjective improvements” category and want a framework for raising your value — and rates — long-term, $200KF will also help you to gradually “stair-step” up to higher-value problems that pay you more and more as time goes on. (Assuming that’s something you want to do)

Will this work for designers?

Yes, it’s perfect for designers who want to move beyond clients seeing their skills as in the "nice to have" category into “must-have” territory. The program will teach you how to align your design skills with tangible outcomes like conversion optimization, user experience improvements, and brand differentiation that directly impact a client’s bottom line. When you can prove your designs lead to better results, you’ll be able to charge more and attract higher-quality clients.

(And even if you don’t go that far “down the rabbit hole,” positioning the way your designs solve business problems beyond just saying “it looks purdy” will enable you to unlock a higher tier of clients, and will serve as the backbone for effective outreach campaigns.)

What about for some other non-marketer-y skillset that’s not the one above? Will it work for me?

Absolutely, and here's why: If your skill set is something businesses pay for — i.e. something they hire employees or contractors to do — it means there’s already demand for the outcomes your skills can drive for businesses. What $200k Freelancer teaches is how to position yourself in a way that aligns your skills with solving higher-value problems for businesses.

Think about it this way: If companies are hiring employees with your skills, it's because those skills solve real business needs. For example, a video editor might help a business create impactful marketing videos that drive sales, a data analyst might help companies make better decisions with insights, and a translator might open up new international markets.

Most freelancers don’t think about the problems their skills solve, but the fact is: if clients hire you – or people like you – they do it hoping that your skills will help solve a problem they’re experiencing. It’s YOUR job to find out what that is – and the $200KF process will show you how, in a data-driven way.

You’ll learn how to uncover the specific business outcomes your skills enable and position yourself as essential to driving results — making you much more valuable to clients.

If your skill set is already being used in business contexts, then you can use the frameworks in $200k Freelancer to find the valuable problems your services solve and communicate that value effectively to land more clients and charge higher rates.

And the beautiful thing about the client-generation process you’ll learn is that it takes the guesswork out of this. You’ll know whether or not you “picked a good problem” based on the performance you see in your campaigns, and will be guided through how to adjust accordingly.

Does it matter what industry I’m in / if I don’t serve a specific niche?

Not at all. The strategies in $200k Freelancer work across industries because they focus on universal business needs. You don’t need to be in a specific industry for this to work, as long as you serve businesses (as opposed to individuals), and those businesses have problems that your skills can solve. (Which you’ll learn how to find & validate in the course)

Whether you work in tech, finance, e-commerce, healthcare, or something else entirely, the methods apply to you.

The framework helps you identify high-value problems within your industry and craft offers around them.

And if you’ve already tried and failed to “choose a niche” or industry in the past?

Don’t worry — $200k Freelancer has a data-driven approach to help you choose, experiment with, and validate a niche based on real-world data. This will help you succeed where you’ve failed in the past, and take the guesswork out of choosing a niche.

Do I need a team to make this work, or can I do this as a solo freelancer?

You can absolutely make this work as a solo freelancer. The process is great for agencies too, but $200k Freelancer was designed specifically with the constraints of individual freelancers in mind, so you don’t need to hire a team or scale up to see results. The strategies are built around optimizing your time, leveraging systems, and creating efficiency in how you generate leads and close clients. It’s about making you a high-performing solo operator and shooting your rates into the stratosphere, so you don’t need extra hands to get the financial outcomes you’re after.

Note: there are parts of the cold outreach list-building process that are a bit repetitive for my personal taste though, so if you’re like me, you’ll probably be getting the help of AI, automation, or a good ole fashioned cheap $5-10/hr overseas Virtual Assistant (VA) to take that stuff of your plate.

If you choose to go the VA route, know that $200KF will have your back with training on how to hire & delegate repetitive tasks, along with templates for job posts and more, to make it easy — even if you’ve never hired or managed anyone before.

What are the common mistakes people make with this program, and how can I avoid them?

The most common mistake is not sticking with the process long enough to see results, especially with cold outreach. Many freelancers give up if their first outreach campaign doesn’t yield immediate results — but it’s normal for your first campaign not to crush. The key is persistence and iteration — the program teaches you how to analyze and improve based on the data from your campaigns.

Another mistake is thinking that if you can’t target a high-value business outcome with your services, the process “won’t work for you.” The fact is, if you want to get your rates to the $300/hr+ range long-term, you WILL want to target high-value problems that enable you to show the ROI from your services. But that’s important long-term; not short term. For the short term, the goal is simply getting you leads on demand who pay you more than what you earn right now. And for that, all you need to do is solve a valuable problem – even if it’s not a “sexy close-to-the-money” demonstrable-ROI problem. And I can guarantee you that whatever your skills are, we can get you there, and then you can use the financial base of the lead flow to support you while you grow your skills and rates for the long-term.

The final mistake is underestimating the value of the research phase — skipping or rushing through building your list of leads and refining your niche can result in sub-par outreach. To avoid this, follow the system step by step, and don’t neglect the foundational work.

When are the live calls?

Live calls take place pretty much every week on Thursdays at 10am/11am Eastern time. Find in your timezone »

They're also recorded in case you can't make it live.

I’m going on vacation or have a busy schedule. Will I fall behind?

No worries! The program is designed with flexibility in mind.

If you miss a week or need to take a break, you can catch up at your own pace. All the key content and live calls are recorded, and you can continue where you left off.

Additionally, you also get asynchronous support, so you can still get your questions answered even if you aren’t able to attend live.

And honestly, EVERYONE is going to "fall behind" at some point — that's life! There's no way you could be expected to take a 6-month program without a vacation or surprise pile of urgent work happening.

$200KF is built to SUPPORT THIS, rather than demand that you find some "perfect quiet period" in your life that'll never come.

The fact is, ALL freelancers tend to hit a "client shitstorm" at least once or twice a year. 😂 When that happens, you'll likely not have time to keep up with the 5 hours a week on the course.

And that's no problem!

Just keep your head in the space, make baby steps at least once or twice a week if you can, to preserve your momentum — even if just for like 15-30 minutes to keep it all fresh in your mind and have your subconscious thinking of ideas for you — and dive back in in full force when you can.

It's normal to have fluctuations in your schedule, and take holidays that will have you playing catchup.

This is totally fine and to be expected!

The key is to NOT let yourself feel like it's "too late for me" and stop entirely.

All $200KF support calls will offer support for students at all stages, so there's no such thing as "falling behind" — everyone will be deviating and going at slightly different paces as the months progress anyway.

So come as you are. 🥰

I’m in a different time zone. Will this work for me?

Yes, $200k Freelancer works for freelancers in any time zone. The key resources and content are accessible on-demand, and support is provided asynchronously as well as live. If you're unable to attend live calls, you can still submit your work for review and get feedback via email or Loom. You'll have access to the community and the ability to get responses without worrying about time zone differences.

Why should I trust you to teach me this?

I get it — there are a lot of people claiming to have the "magic bullet" for freelancers. But unfortunately, a lot of them are either teaching things that worked for them 10 years ago, with no guarantee they’re going to work for you, right now.

(The world is VERY different today than it was 5 or 10 years ago, and any lead gen strategy that hasn’t been updated since ChatGPT flipped the world on its head is liable to be out of date)

This system isn’t just theory, or one person’s idiosyncratic experience. It’s based on real data and real campaigns that are running right now, generating leads for dozens of freelancers and agencies across various industries and with varying skillsets. And it’s already generated over $1,000,000 in client work for them. The methods we teach are based on proven results, not guesswork.

Beyond that, I’ve been in your shoes. For over a decade, I relied on word of mouth and referrals for my freelance business. I was powerless over my leads, and it nearly cost me my business more than once. But starting in 2023, I made it my mission to explore every freelance lead-gen strategy I could find to see what is ACTUALLY working for freelancers right now, which is what led me to eventually partner with cold outreach expert Thomas, and finally build a system that consistently generates leads and clients at scale.

If you want control over your lead flow and are ready to stop relying on luck, I’m confident this system can work for you too. (It’s literally GUARANTEED to)

How and when do I access the content?

Once you enroll, you’ll get instant access to the course material & bundled bonus courses via the online platform.

How long do I get access to the material?

You’ll have lifetime access to the course material. This means you can revisit the content whenever you want, even after you’ve completed the program. As the program is updated or new resources are added, you’ll continue to get access to those as well, ensuring you stay up to date with the latest strategies.

As for the live and async support components, manual reviews, etc. you’ll get access to those for the duration of your 6-month cohort.

How is $200k Freelancer different from a business coaching program?

$200k Freelancer isn’t a generic business coaching program; it’s highly focused on giving you a proven system for client acquisition.

Unlike typical business coaching, which might cover broad topics and strategies, this program provides specific, actionable steps for generating leads, closing clients, and scaling your freelance business.

It’s also implementation-focused, with a structured plan and support to help you apply the strategies and improve from real results, not just learning theory.

On top of that, it literally comes with a custom-coded software product to speed up your list-building by 40x and make it that must faster to launch your campaigns. How many other coaches can say they spent 2,000 hrs building software tooling to speed up your execution?

Is this program suitable for part-time freelancers?

Yes, $200k Freelancer works for part-time freelancers as well. The program is flexible and can be scaled to fit your availability. The goal is to help you build a sustainable client acquisition system, whether you're freelancing part-time or looking to transition to full-time work. The program only requires around 5 hours per week, so it’s entirely doable, even if you’re balancing a day job or other commitments. (Just note that you will be closing clients from the program too, and you’ll need to also make time to, you know, do the work they paid you for. 😊)

Is $200k Freelancer good for beginners?

$200k Freelancer is best suited for freelancers who already have skills at their craft.

If you’ve used your skills in a day job or for past clients and want to learn how to build an ongoing, repeatable way to generate clients, this is the program for you.

However, if you’re brand new to your skillset and still learning how to deliver good work, this program might not be the best fit just yet. It’s about having a solid foundation in your craft and being ready to focus on building a lead generation system to consistently land clients and grow your income.

But assuming you have some skills already, you’ll be in good hands here. The course walks you through the entire client acquisition system from the ground up, meaning you don’t need to have prior experience with lead generation to get started. It will help you avoid common mistakes and jumpstart your freelance career with the right strategies from day one.

Are there any recurring costs or subscriptions?

No, there are no hidden 200KF recurring costs or subscriptions. Once you enroll, you get lifetime access to all the content, including any future updates to the program. The only cost is the initial enrollment fee, and everything is included with that.

If you decide later that you want to join another 6-month cohort for an extra live support period, you’ll be able to do that for a reduced fee so that you don’t have to pay for the entire program again.

Your purchase also includes 6 months free access to LeadTables & ClientForge, and if you decide you want to pay for a subscription to them afterwards, you can — or if you decide you don't want to, you can always use Google Sheets or some other tool and still execute the 200KF system just fine.

What’s the risk of trying this?

There’s zero financial risk with our two strong guarantees, but let’s be clear — this program is for serious freelancers who are committed to mastering client acquisition.

If you're just looking to dabble or test the waters, this program isn’t for you. The ideal student feels a strong desire to take control of their lead generation and is willing to put in the time and effort required to make it happen.

You’re protected by both a 30-day unconditional guarantee and a 6-month 200% ROI guarantee. (Click here for details and terms)

If you fully engage, follow the process, and don’t generate at least double your investment back within 6 months, you can either get a full refund or continued coaching until you do.

The guarantee means you’re either building a reliable system to land clients or walking away with a refund and a ton of valuable insights. But if you’re not ready to commit fully, this isn’t the right fit for you.

What’s the risk of NOT solving client acquisition?

The biggest risk of not solving client acquisition is staying stuck in the feast-or-famine cycle, relying on referrals, or depending on one or two large clients, which keeps you vulnerable to your income drying up overnight.

Without a reliable system to generate leads and clients on demand, you’re always just one bad month or client loss away from scrambling for work. By not taking control of client acquisition, you miss out on the opportunity to build a more secure, predictable, and scalable freelance business.

Are there any prerequisites or requirements?

There is only ONE strict prerequisite for joining $200k Freelancer:

You should already have proficiency in your craft.

This means you've already used your skills in a professional setting — whether at a job or with past clients.

This program is a complete start-to-finish guide for mastering client acquisition, so you don’t need to be a hyper-experienced freelancer. As long as you’re comfortable with your skill set and can deliver results to clients, you're ready to join.

If you're still in the process of learning your craft (e.g. you want to get clients as a developer but are still learning coding basics), it’s best to solidify your expertise first before diving into this program.

Can I pay in installments or do you offer any payment plans?

Yes, there are payment plans available to make the program more accessible. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or opt for an installment plan to spread out the cost. Either way, you’ll get full access to the program and all its guarantees and support.

However, please note that enrolling in the payment plan isn’t a “subscription” that can be canceled after a couple months if you’re “not feelin’ it” — it’s a commitment to the entire program. Since each spot is limited and could have gone to someone else, the payment plan simply gives you a more flexible way to pay, but still requires you to complete the payments as agreed. (Just as you’d expect a client who pays you a deposit to still pay you the rest of what they agreed to)

I’m tired of taking courses and staying in “learning mode.” Will I be able to apply what I learn right away?

Yes! Every lesson includes clear action steps and a linear implementation path, with support when judgment or course-correction is needed.

From day one, you’ll be applying what you learn as you go, with assignments and action steps to build your client acquisition system.

The goal is for you to be building and refining your system in real-time, so you can start seeing results as you move through the program, not just at the very end.

Do I need to have a niche picked in advance?

Nope!

You'll be totally guided through niching in here.

In fact, I'd prefer it if you figured it out inside $200KF instead of trying to go solo beforehand, because most freelancers get overwhelmed and paralyzed when trying to do it on their own, and often never actually end up picking one as a result.

(And the $200KF process addresses this)

$200KF has a bunch of ChatGPT prompts and a scoring database too to make it easy-breezy, since most people get stuck on niching.

Praise for 200KF

Here's a smattering of nice things people have said about 200KF, ordered newest to oldest.

Last Chance...

It's time to decide... Are you in or out?

$200KF can be absolutely life-changing, and with a 6-month 200% ROI guarantee, your financial investment is protected.

If you want to build a predictable client-acquisition system you can test, improve, and scale, this is the strongest path I know.

What sounds better to you...

1: Continuing to rely on lucky referrals, hoping you can keep your head above water?

2: Continuing to spin your wheels with marketing strategies that aren't working for you?

3: Or does it sound better to build a lead gen system that's proven and working for others RIGHT NOW? (So that you never have to stress again about where the next client's coming from)

If it's #3, I'd love to have you in $200KF.

As you grow your business & step out of your comfort zone with marketing, you WILL run into challenges and imposter syndrome.

$200KF gives you the training, personalized support, and feedback to help you both execute AND succeed.

This can make all the difference between something being a "snag" or "slight roadblock" vs. the "thing that stopped you."

Please don't let another year go by where you don't sort out your lead generation issues in your business.

If you want to get out of that frantic fear-based mode of "I have no idea where the next client's coming from," you have to prioritize building a predictable lead gen system.

Hope to see you inside ❤️
