Why Use LeadTables To Organize Your Cold Outreach Campaigns?

The LeadTables “Campaigns” feature was built to solve the biggest problems most businesses run into as they iterate cold email campaigns and try to scale their cold email:

  1. Knowing if it’s been long enough since you last emailed a lead for you to email them again
  2. Getting meaningful stats at a glance to help you iterate
  3. Making it easy to keep track of engagement levels for reporting & optimizing
  4. Keeping track of “globally unsubscribed” leads on a per-email or domain-wide basis so that you don’t accidentally keep emailing people who unsubscribed from previous campaigns
  5. Making it easy to exclude clients, customers, friends, your mom, etc from your cold email campaigns

How Campaigns Work In LeadTables

Here’s a high-level overview of how campaigns work on the platform:

  1. When you’re planning your campaign strategy, you can create a new campaign on the campaigns page to plan it all out.
  2. If you’re a $200k Freelancer student, you can associate relevant ICPs, niches, problems, solutions, and offers with your campaign.
  3. When you’re ready to email your leads, you first add the leads to a campaign from the main LeadTables Contacts page.
  4. You then export the campaign’s leads from the “Campaign Contacts” page within the campaign and add them to your sending platform and start the emails.
  5. As your campaign runs and your leads engage with you, you can either log those interactions within the Campaign Contacts page to auto-assemble your campaign metrics later, or be lazy about it and add the numbers in bulk at the end.
  6. When your campaign’s over, you can mark your metrics as finalized and review in-depth funnel metrics for your campaign, which you can use to iterate and improve performance over time.
