Buying a list of leads from someone on upwork/fiverr who has a paid account with one of the expensive and good databases on this list (e.g. builtwith, zoominfo, etc)

    • What is it?If you want access to an expensive lead source, such as Builtwith, you can often find freelancers with subscriptions to premium lead gen databases that you can hire to pull a list for you.
    • Pros
      • Cheaper than buying a subscription to the expensive tool
    • Cons
      • Difficult to simulate on your own what the filters will be. Tough to find freelancers who ACTUALLY have accounts on these places, so not a lot of options. When I (Zach) tried it, it was really frustrating due to communication issues and not being able to “tinker” with the filters. I ended up ending the project early because my freelancer was an awful communicator and I wanted to tear my hair out.
