Extracting the seed from a 200KF Marketing call transcript using my Idea Seed Extractor assistant
Iterating the seed by going back and forth with Claude to dial in the core insight

Tools I Use In The Video

Cursor for writing (line-by-line diffs are clutch)
Obsidian for reviewing markdown (easier to read than Cursor)
Superwhisper for transcribing the call
Fathom for the original call recording

Fair Warning

This workflow took me ~2.5 hours even with AI.

That’s because I’m a content professional and my business relies on content quality, so my standards are very high.

Your standards should probably be lower than mine since content isn’t your primary business — you’re just using it for trust markers and authority.

The real tip: just use the 5-Part Freelancer Content Template and the AI Assistant.

Don’t overcomplicate it trying to replicate my full workflow. I have like 6 different assistants because I’m iterating on this stuff constantly.

You just need the template + the one assistant to start.

The seed came from this section of the Dec 4, 2024 200KF Marketing call where I walked Neil through the framework live.

We dropped that excerpt of the call on the template Tool Vault page.

But Remember

If you don’t have a predictable client acquisition system yet, don’t spend 2 hours on content.

Build your funnel first (cold outreach → lead magnet → calls → clients).

Content is icing on the cake — add it later during the Scale phase to boost trust and conversions in your existing system.
