Actionable, info-packed talks.
The Double Your Freelancing Conference (#dyfconf) is a single-track conference that’s focused on helping freelancers and agencies grow their businesses.

Each talk will give you a handful of actionable to-do items that you can incorporate immediately into your business. And because all of our speakers are attendees also, we’ve mixed in plenty of time for discussion during meals, between talks, and in the evenings for you to get all your questions answered.

Freelancing Systems
How can you make your business an actual business, rather than a job? What can you do to build repeatable, reliable systems that allow your business to thrive — even when you’re on holiday or otherwise distracted (like, at an all-inclusive conference in Sweden?) In this talk, I’ll present a step-by-step framework you can use to automate your freelancing business.
Implementation Time
For the next few hours, you’ll work on your business. By the end of the conference, you’ll have created something of value that will help strengthen your business. Brennan and the speakers will be there to personally help you during implementation time — and don’t worry if you don’t know what you’ll be working on, we’re going to help you with that 🙂
